Silo bag filling option

With the SILO FILL option, the TURBO MIX pan mixer becomes a multifunctional solution that simplifies silo bag filling without affecting standard mixing performance; the opening remains securely covered during concrete mixing, and when needed, the filling spout can be quickly installed using a simple screw connection, enabling a smooth and efficient process—position the bag, pull the handle, fill, and close—without extra effort or additional labour, making SILO FILL a practical extension that increases flexibility and saves time in both agricultural and construction applications.

Hydraulic sliding opening

All TURBO MIX pan mixer models are equipped as standard with a mechanical sliding outlet and integrated splash guard, ensuring clean and reliable operation; for greater convenience, an optional hydraulic control allows the outlet to be operated directly from the tractor, simplifying the work process, while the screw-on design makes it easy to retrofit the hydraulic system at any time.

Water connection

The TURBO MIX pan mixer features an integrated water supply system as standard, with a built-in pipe in the protective grid and precisely positioned openings that direct water straight into the mix for improved control of the mixing ratio. A 1/2 inch threaded connection ensures easy setup, while an optional upgrade with a water meter provides even greater convenience and direct access to water, allowing for more accurate and efficient operation.

Side wall scraper

The side wall scraper is designed to improve mixing consistency when working with earth-moisture concrete by thoroughly cleaning the drum walls and preventing material build-up along the upper edge area; mounted directly on the mixing cross, it is made of durable spring steel for long-lasting performance under intensive use, while the screw-on design allows for quick and easy retrofitting whenever needed.

Hydraulic motor

The hydraulic drive of the TURBO MIX self-loader pan mixer provides maximum flexibility and independence, requiring a flow rate of approx. 60 litres/min. and allowing easy operation with wheel loaders, yard loaders, or telescopic handlers; the added mobility and extended reach enable precise concreting even in hard-to-access areas, while the standard forklift slot ensures safe transport, and the screw-on design allows the hydraulic motor to be retrofitted at any time, expanding the mixer’s range of applications.

Wheel loader attachment

The TURBO MIX pan mixer is equipped as standard with a practical forklift slot for easy transport with a loader, and when used with a transport lock, it can safely mix even while driving; for a more direct and stable setup, the optional wheel loader attachment provides a secure connection to the machine, enabling smooth transport and simultaneous mixing while ensuring efficient and precise operation.
